What town can you find a piplup in platinum?

at the begging there is a suit case with 3 Pokemon balls in it click on one and it well be a chimchar turtwig or a piplup choose wichever one you wont but be carefull you only get one pick after that you don't get any more picks

you cant catch a piplup unless you use a action replay.

you can get a piplup in the beginning by choosing it as your beginner

The only way to get piplup is to choose it as your starter, trade someone for it, or have an action replay. Iwould be willing to trade you one of my piplups cause i had an empoleon and i breed it with ditto and now I have like 12.

Piplup cannot be caught in the game. However, you can pick it a your starter. You could get an egg by breeding a Quagsire and an Empoleon (Or Prinplup) to get a Piplup egg.

well you can't get a WILD but it is possible if you have a girl prinplup and a boy quagsire then put them in the day care center in solceon town
