In the first Scene, Act I scene 1, the Ghost is seen by sentinels at a platform outside the castle. (The "platform" is a raised area, an earthen mound, that gives an elevated viewing position. In performance, stage or movie, the first scene is often set on the castle ramparts, but Shakespeare's dialogue explicitly contradicts that.)
In Scene 4 (Act I scene 4) the Ghost is seen by Hamlet, Horatio, and Marcellus, again at the platform.
In Scene 5 (Act I scene 5) the Ghost is still being seen by Hamlet, alone now, at some distance from the platform. (This scene is probably set in or near the graveyard, but the location is not explicit in the dialogue, and identifying the setting as the graveyard relies on subtle details of interpretation.)
In Scene 11 (Act 3 scene 4), the Closet Scene, the Ghost is seen by Hamlet (but not by Gertrude) in Gertrude's private room.
So, overall, the Ghost appears in four Scenes, at three locations.
If the questioner only wanted to know where the Ghost first appears, the answer is: at the sentinels' platform. And that happens in the first Scene.
Marcellus and Barnardo saw the Ghost first. Between those two, it isn't clear which one was the first.
The first time the ghost appears, it does not talk with anyone. The ghost tries to talk to Horatio but dawn had already come. The first person the ghost talks to would be Hamlet.
Twice: once on the battlements in Act 1 Scene 5, and again in his mother's closet in Act 3 Scene 4

Twice.
We are informed of elder Hamlet's death by seeing his ghost appear.
The ghost tells Hamlet not to bother his mother.
You cannot see the ghost hamlet
if you are asking this for, say, a homework assignment, then I recommend you figure it out on your own, as your teacher could find this easily. The ghost in Shakespeare's Hamlet is Hamlet's father, who is dead. In Hamlet, Hamlet's father is killed by Hamlet's uncle. Hamlet's father's ghost (the ghost) comes back to basically tell Hamlet what happened, and to tell him (more or less) to have revenge on Hamlet's uncle.
The soldiers want to tell about the ghost to scare you.

Yes.
He asks them to swear not to tell about the ghost's visit and why Hamlet may appear crazy.

He did not. The ghost is only heard by Hamlet but Bernardo, Marcellus and Horatio see it. This is a clue to us that the ghost is not just a figment of Hamlet's imagination. Gertrude, however, cannot see or hear the ghost even when it is present in the same room. This suggests that the ghost can appear to anyone if that suits its purpose; it is important to be seen by the guards so they will bring it to Hamlet's attention, but also important that he not be seen to be involved by his widow. But the real reason, as ever in a Shakespeare play, is dramatic. The scenes where the ghost appears to the guards is a dramatic scene good for opening the play, and the fact that they have seen the ghost allows for a number of wonderful scenes: Horatio's description of the ghost in 1,2, the attempts by Horatio to hold Hamlet back in 1,3, and Hamlet's insistence that they swear an oath of secrecy. All of this would be lost if the Ghost was visible only to Hamlet. But in Act 3, the scene is between Hamlet and Gertrude, and the ghost is a minor distraction. Having him appear to Gertrude would necessitate some kind of confrontation between them, and the scene would become one between Gertrude and the Ghost and Hamlet would be superfluous. Since such a scene is not necessary to the plot (Hamlet will convince Gertrude of Claudius's guilt without the help of the ghost), Shakespeare wisely avoided it.
If we talk about the ghost ,it was Hamlet's father King Hamlet's ghost and it appears four times throughout the play.
The soldiers want to tell about the ghost to scare you.
His father's ghost telling him to avenge his death.
No, the ghost instructs Hamlet to seek revenge on his uncle, King Claudius, for murdering him and usurping the throne. The ghost does not mention punishing Gertrude, Hamlet's mother.
