um, First of all his parents are divorced Second No, his mom usually goes on tour with him and when he gets in trouble she takes things like his phone,laptop, stuff like that and i think he said one time that if he pops off to his mom like " I'm Justin Bieber! you cant ground me!" that she would probably slap him LOL! Also he said that he is still treated like a normal teen that his mom limits him with his money LOL
