I don't think so. I think they just don't air the episode in the order they film them so when she has her hair different in the show it was a while ago, or maybe she just does the no-cut bob sometimes.

Actually she does in some of the episodes that she has filmed but not all like for intense when she has long hair in one episode with long hair but the next one in short hair and then another one with long hair now she wears a wig when filming a show with long hair cause she cut hers

No. They just dont show the episodes in the order of when they film. Plus Selena has extentions so she can just take them out to give herself short hair.
