On the outer part of the main piece....look at it straight forward and you'll see a Philips looking screw on the outer bottom. move left or right I can't remember Hahaha then u can adjust the top ones too with a ratchet I don't know the size
YOU CANT THEY ARE SELF SET. I have a 2006 lberty and there is a star key type screw on each headlight near te radiator that allows you to adjust the beam up and down. Its recessed just below an opening on top of the light.
As this requires special equipment to be done correctly, I would suggest you take it to a Ford dealer for this adjustment. All you need is a Torx screw driver, or a socket. The adjuster is on the top rear of the headlight. Do Not pay a dealer to do this.

They move it up and down, causing the air to create lift and thrust. Before they move their wings up, they adjust the wings to make it go down a little, then when move their wings down, they adjust them to make go up which creates lift.
At night with your headlights on you can only see just so far down the road. Overdriving your lights is driving so fast as to not be able to react to something that is beyond the beam of your lights.
There are screws to adjust them just above the light assy.

On older models (ex my 91) there are Phillips screws on the sides on the headlights that you turn to adjust the headlights (either up or down or left or right) on newer cars (ex my 98) there are levels built right into the headlight assembly, park the car dead level with a half tank of gas and like up the marks by turning the screws that adjust the headlights
On a 1998 Ford Mustang : With the engine OFF - put your gearshift in first gear - put your foot under the clutch pedal and gently lift the clutch pedal until the pedal stops - slowly push the clutch pedal down - you will hear a click if your clutch needed adjusting and adjusted itself
from the headlight it self, there is small adjusting bolt which you will have to move it right or left as you want to adjust it (UP-Down). Fouad
If your looking down at your headlights there will be a a screw on the bottom left of the headlight. It should be a 4mm. Counter clockwise will lower them and clockwise with raise them
Replace the slow headlight motor.
The headlight have adjustment levelers on the top and bottom of each headlight. Adjust the headlight up or down with the adjustment levelers.
