remove the face plate and get a safety pin or use the tip of a pen or pencil and press the reset button
To select an FM station on a JVC KD-AR200 car radio without using the scan or seek button, you can manually tune to the desired frequency by using the dial or tuning buttons. First, press the "TUNER" button to switch to FM mode, then rotate the volume knob or use the tuning buttons to adjust the frequency until you reach the station you want. You can also store your favorite stations by pressing and holding one of the preset buttons after tuning to the desired frequency.
all you have to do when you are installing the radio and connecting the wires is bypass the ignition (yellow) and connect it with the battery..........the only thing is you HAVE to manually turn the power on and off otherwise it'll drain the sucker!!! it only took my uncle and i 4 hours to figure how to reset the alarm and to fix this problem!! hope this saves yinz some time!! -----Ainjul
you don't have one
First, you'll need a radio. If there isn't a hole in the dash the right size for the radio you'll need to cut one or mount it underneath the dash or in the glovebox. There is a spare fuse location in the standard fuse box (furthest to the right on the Australian model, if I remember right) which is provided by the factory for an optional radio. Wire power to that, earth to any metal part of the body behind the dash. Depending on the radio, you'll probably need both a switched and unswitched power input, check different fuses with a multimeter and turn the key on and off to find what you need. If you don't understand so far, pay a professional to do it. If you don't have any speakers yet, there are holes in the metal behind the door trims for a shallow round speaker of about 5" diameter, and you can cut holes in the door trims and stick them in there. Most modern speakers are too deep and you'll need to buy or build some spacers or door pods for the speakers, or put them somewhere else, like in a wooden parcel shelf behind the back seat. There would be room behind the back seat for plenty of audio gear, and the rear side panels might be an option as well. I've seen speakers in front kick panels and underneath the dash as well but don't like them in that location. Of course, there's always the standard position of a single speaker behind the dash next to the speedometer!
you can use lots of video editing softwares out there, it doesn't matter what type of camera you have or software you use, i prefer: pinnacle, movie maker, or video wave. If you have a win xp, movie maker should already be on there.
While any model in the KS line can be made to fit your vehicle by use of adapter kits, it is best to choose a model in the JVC KS Series that is the same size as the factory radio.

Yes, it is. I traded for a JVC KD6310 and I got the Sirius set up with it. I just installed the radio in my daughters car and did not include the Sirius. I'd like to sell it if anyone is interested. You just plug it in. Rick cuffem865@aol.com

Illumination wire. Connect it to your dash lights' 12v+ so that when you turn your lights on at night, the lights on the head unit dim so they aren't blindingly bright.
