Above answer is self-righteous claptrap. Person who posted it likely speeds, and person who posted the question was likely going with the flow of traffic on a road where the speed limit is posted well below the prevailing speed of traffic (which is unsafe), and was not doing anything wrong.

Likely not very much, though. I advise you to delay the court date as much as possible, or transfer it to another jurisdiction if this is an option (can lower the chance of a cop showing up). With a 10 mph over ticket, you're more likely to get off even if you're eventually in front of the judge.
