how tall is he? i don't know. but i can help you find out. go onto the episode Vindicated ( i think that's the episode im so sorry if its not!!!!!!!!!!! if its not its the episode where in the beginning theyre playing extreme dodgeball if that helps ) when Dib goes to the councelor the chair he sits in has a ruler on it. take the height of the upper half of his body. then look at a scene where his body is at nearly the same closeness to the screen. now you can measure his bottom half. when you get that measurement compaire him to a scene where he and Zim are standing next to each other. now measure what Zim's height is! glad i could be of service.

Edit: I have have gone ahead and followed this person's advice and done the measurements. NOT counting Dib's hair and Zim's antennae, they are both approximately 3'4" (give or take an inch) considering they're the same height.
