No, Andy Biersack is not emo. He has stated that one of his biggest pet peeves is when people call kids "emo". As a kid he was always called "emo" or cutter because he dressed and acted different. He doesn't cut himself, and he portrays himself as a very happy person because he's accomplished his dream at such a young age.
