Some sources claims he did, at least opium or morphine which was more available in the sixties. These sources claims he was hooked as well, which was what led him to religion.

These sources are dubious at best, but there is little doubt that Dylan tried most drugs, including opiates, and a famous interview in the back of a cab with John Lennon clearly shows Dylan strung out on either opiates or a high dose of benzos

Yes, during the mid 60's he had a bad heroin habit, and before that he used a lot of amphetamines during his "times they are a changin" period. He also used marijuana a lot. Throughout most of his life he has used alcohol a lot, and became addicted to it during the 80's. During the 70's he used cocaine.

He definitely smoked marijuana as all four Beatles credit Dylan with introducing them to smoking it. It's also possible judging by the severe change in his lyrical style between 1964 - 1966 that he may have taken LSD though this could also be attributed to being inspired by different writers.

Also basically anybody who was remotely famous in the 1970's would have been endlessly offered cocaine. It seems unlikely that he would never have tried it even once.
