Ever since, they've had a rivalry. Also, he impacted the world by sailing around the world. People were inspired by that, so they decided to follow. These are the ways Sir Francis Drake impacted the world. Drake later died in 1596. Obviously, Sir Francis Drake was a great explorer. If he had not been forced to live on a boat, and have his rich cousin John Hawkins, he would not have been on any of his famous voyages. Drake's voyage around the world made people try and follow in his footsteps. Even though Drake started the Spanish war, he was a hero. Sir Francis Drake will be remembered by many people.
Living during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I of England, Sir Francis Drake was most likely a Protestant, like his son would become. However, it is possible that he was Catholic, but that is doubtful. Either way, he can be technically considered a "Christian". However, it is necessary to realize that during the time in which he lived, the term "Christian" was little used and more importantly almost everybody practiced their faith, whether or not they believed.

Sir Francis Drake's most notable voyage, which made him the first Englishman to circumnavigate the globe, took place from 1577 to 1580. He set sail from Plymouth in December 1577 and returned in September 1580. Additionally, he undertook various other expeditions and privateering missions throughout the 1560s and 1570s, including attacks on Spanish settlements and ships.
Drake's date of birth was never recorded, in fact historians are not even sure of the year he was born. Although the most common one accepted is 1540.Sir Francis Drake was born on an undetermined date in 1540.
