Is it a girl?

I would like to know her name too, what we need is an answer not irony, can somebody answer?

I cannot find any documentation to back this answer up but I think it is Caroline "Tula" Cossey. She has Klinefelter's Syndrome. It is an intersex condition. She was raised as a male but doesn't have male XY chromosome and instead has XXY. She never felt "male" and had hormone therapy and sex reassignment surgery. She has lived her life as a female and became a model/actress. It looks like her, she would be the right age at that time, and most people are confused as to the true gender of the girl in the video. Seems like a match to me. Regardless of all that, Tom Petty rules.
