Black algae are tiny black hard dots on the plaster. They have a crust that must be broken for treatment to be effective. You can get a special wire bristle brush to attach to your tele pole that will help scrape them loose. The will travel by any means possible (even by wind) so be careful to clean any brushes or tools before using them in another pool. They must be killed with a special algaecide (I think the active ingredient is silver nitrate....don't quote me on that) Get some at your favorite store (real pool store not DIY or discount the clerk might not know the difference) Pop the surface then scrub with the brush then treat with algaecide (read the instructions) you may have to repeat.
Good luck, have fun.
The brush referred to above is a stainless steel brush - don't use regular steel brush -- rust. The use of a granular product called Algae Kill - close to 100% chlor. - may come under other names - funneled thru your tele pole after brushing the spots vigorously and sprinkled right on the spot. You might want to turn off the pump prior to application so that the water movement does not move the product around. It will dissolve in a short time. Brush the spot again next day to remove the dead algae. Once you've gotten this type algae it is hard to eradicate completely. Staying on top of your chem. balance will help tremendously.

Yes, there are natural ways to remove black mold. To remove the black mold, you will have to slightly mist the surface with water. Second, clean the mold off with soap and then add a disinfectant to kill the black mold spores. Finally, remove the mold and place it in a heavy-duty plastic bag. Make sure to keep the bag outside at all times.
Yes I am sure you can. If he or she (the landlord) didn't help at all and now the kids are sick because of it you can! But it's different if you made that mold. Another reason is if you do not even know how to fix the mold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps!
No, they just purify the air. Black mould is caused by condensation. Its cold outdoors, but warm indoors with the central heating and stuff so that cause condensation and damp which leads to black mould.
Trichomoniasis is a protozoan, and black mold a fungus. Trich is typically diagnosed by visualizing the distinctive animal that causes it, or via antigen testing. Black mold exposure would not be misdiagnosed as trichomoniasis.
