This quickly becomes meaningless because the sizes of wineglasses vary tremendously. But in the sense of (accepted) liquid measure or for cooking use, a "wineglass" full means four ounces. The British measure of a "gill" is also four ounces.

Traditionally, wine makers don't measure in fluid ounces. They measure in milliliters. Most wine bottles are 750 ML.

You have to convert milliliters into ounces.

1 Milliliter = 0.033 fluid ounces

Standard wine bottle: 750 ML

750 ML X 0.033 fluid ounces

A standard sized wine bottle is approx. 24.75 fluid ounces.
