Upper-level ozone is the product of the absorption of UVB rays by upper-atmosphere oxygen or O2. During the absorption process, the O2 molecule is split into two oxygen atoms. These atoms then recombine with an O2 molecule to create O3 or ozone.

The ozone layer in the upper atmosphere is therefore in a continual process of formation due to its constant bombardment (during daylight hours) by UV radiation. But O3 concentrations don't continually increase because the ozone molecule is unstable and gradually deteriorates back to O2 or oxygen.

What are future problems does the hole in the ozone layer create?

Ozone hole is the thinning of ozone layer. Ozone hole can allow UV rays to pass through which can end life on earth.

Which part of the solar radiation is absorbed by the ozone layer?

The ultraviolet radiation is absorbed by the ozone layer. The ozone molecules do not allow only the ultraviolet radiations to pass through.

Why couldn't complex organisms develop the establishment of the ozone layer?

UV rays were the one's that hindered complex organisms. With the ozone layer, these rays were absorbed.

What are the good motivations about ozone layer?

Ozone layer must be protected to allow human survival. Motivation regarding human survival is enough for this.

What is damaging the ozone layer and how can humans prevent this?

Ozone depleting substances or ODS are the ones that are destroying the ozone layer. in order to prevent this depletion, what humans can do is to minimize their use so as to allow ozone to replenish itself.
