Men don't get periods. Women have vaginae. Men lack certain body parts. Men have penises and testes. Men cry over everything, even they have no idea what women go through, like tampon insertion and periods.

There may also be behavioral differences. A good number are cultural, but some are inborn. There are differences in the brain organs, making them more suitable to different tasks by default, but education, upbringing, and culture can alter brain structure over time to a degree. There are differences in the hypothalamus since the LH and FSH hormones produced by the brain play a different role in women and need to follow a rhythm. There are differences in the amygdala as indicated in the Zhou study of postmortem brains. That was a transsexualism study, but they also had people of all sexual orientations of both genders. Regardless of anyone's sexual orientation, women (whether born transsexual or not) shared a certain number of neurons in the specific part of the amygdala tested, and that differed from the men (and the one FtM transsexual). However, no other study has claimed to duplicate the results.

Several CT imaging studies showed differences in brain patterns in the cerebral cortex (implying differences in the corpus callossum). However, there were some participants who had brain waves closer to those which are predominant in the other gender. This may partially explain the steretypical argument pattern between men and women. A woman may accuse a man of not listening to her and the man may then accuse her of reading too much into things. That could be because the woman's emotional centers engage when the language arts center is engage, whereas it is less likely to happen in men. Both styles are appropriate and have ideal uses. Being able to process emotions while listening and speaking allows for more warmth, nurturing, and empathy. However, the extra emotional component can be a handicap when trying to make impartial decisions or deal with difficult subjects.
