Well, if you're talking states, I would say Arizona. I myself live in Arizona and know it's one of the safest states away from natural disasters. There cannot be tsunamis, hurricanes, or flood related disasters due to the fact that it is so dry. Earthquakes don't occur around the area either.
****Arizona does get the occasional tornado
There is no place that is free of natural disasters but Australia is one of the places with the least natural disasters.
Yes. Singapore.
Natural disasters are a part of every humans' life. However, natural disasters are considered bad by most because natural disasters can kill many people, and leave many homeless or missing.
No, there is no such thing as the apocalypse. Natural disasters are a natural part of the earths weather and geological cycles. They have happened for thousands of years and will continue to happen for thousands of years.
Generally not. In some cases human activities can exacerbate the effects of some natural disasters, and there is an ongoing debate as to whether climate change due to human acticity is affecting extreme weather events. But for the most part, natural disasters are beyond our influence.
There are a variety of natural disasters with different factors causing them. One think is an even is often only considered a disaster if it has a major human impact. Often, though, natural disasters occur because some system or part of a system becomes unstable. An unstable hillside may give way and cause a landslide; tension between two tectonic plates may be released to cause an earthquake; An unstable air mass can release its energy in violent storms.
The only feasible solution (and it's not really that feasible) is to move to a different planet. Natural disasters are simply a natural part of our planet. You can only predict and warn of them, and for many of them even this may not be possible. On a different planet, there may not be the same variety of natural disasters, there may be new ones, there may be more/less frequent disasters, but nevertheless there are likely to be some natural disasters even if we move planet. Shelters, defences and warning systems are not solutions, but they're the best we've got. Nature is still more powerful than us, and we cannot hope to overpower it. Maybe in time we will be able to do things that are currently unimaginable. Imagine using gigantic fans to blow the ash from the Yellowstone eruption West away from Europe! Or some material strong enough to hold tectonic plates in position? Something strong enough to contain the material from a volcano? A system powerful enough to stop a mud or lava? What it is that we need we don't know and may never know. But presently the situation is that there is no solution to natural disasters.
China is in itself a country; by extension, natural disasters cannot occur in a country of a country. If you mean what part of China experiences natural disasters, they are experienced in virtually every part of China, just as in any other part of the world.

There's virtually no place on Earth that is not prone to one type of natural disaster or another. Dealing with natural disasters is a part of life.
The types of disasters are earthquakes, some times tornadoes, tidal waves if that part is close to water, and volcanic eruptions.

a volcano became a natural disaster in 1923 because of its huge power and the disasters that i can cause. Natural because no one made it or made it erupt its all part of nature.
He is maybe trying to wash all sin away from one part of the world or he wants the people in the place where the disaster struck to start a fresh and start their lives all over again! :D
Yes, I am and so are you.
Natural disasters can effect Christians' earthly possessions and loved ones but they still put their trust in God that everything will turn out fine. It is also believed by Christians that God will save the ones who need saving. And everything happens for a reason, it is all a part of God's plan.
