The answer depends on context!

I want to go outside = quiero ir afuera

If one is telling another person to "go outside" as a command.

Vete afuera = Go outside (Familiar) command a parent would give a child or a contemporary to a friend.

Vaya afuera = Go outside (more formal) a command one would give to an elder or some one one does not know.

Vayan afuera = Go outside - a command one would give to two or more of people at a time.

Váyase afuera = Take yourself outside (Formal) It is the nicest way of saying GET OUT! (Vayanse afuera -plural)
