No. Weather or not you need to be able to sing depends on what kind of actress you hope to become. If you want to act in musical theatre, vocal talent and training are very important. For film and television actors singing is much less important.

You don't necessarily need to be able to sing at all! Many actors in films, on television and in "straight" plays do not sing.

If you want to do musical theater, however, you need to be able to quickly learn all of the songs of the shows you will be cast in.

For auditions, you should learn AT LEAST one slow and one fast song. Learn ones that you are the best at.
