You will need to be in tip top shape, do not eat unhealthy foods and exersize a lot. You will also need to be doing a lot of practise, for All Ireland level, at least an hour a day. It would help if you went to a good dance school that has good hard, fast steps that would stand out on a stage. Get some leg weights, use these when you practise, these will get you kicking higher and get your leg muscles stronger. Just do all of these and youll be winning all the time!

These are all things that you do need to be a good Irish dancer, but also don't forget determination, passion, and discipline.
