How does Lady Macbeth convince Macbeth to murder?

When Macbeth starts having second thoughts about killing the king, Duncan, Lady Macbeth questions his manhood and says he is a coward. She says she would have killed her own baby rather than break a promise such as the one Macbeth made her (to kill Duncan). She also says that her love for him from that time onwards will depend on whether he kills the king or not.

In the beginning, Lady Macbeth tells Macbeth that she will take care of everything and follow through on her plans - she assures Macbeth that she has a plan, and so works Behind the Scenes to make sure that her husband commits the crimes so that she can gain power. Eventually, lady Macbeth has to work hard to continually convince Macbeth that they are committing all the evil so that they can reach their end goal, power. Macbeth falls under her 'spell' because of his fervent love for her, and so she can exercise her ambition through her husbands weaknesses for her, and strengths in Scotland's society.

In order for Lady Macbeth to achieve her goal she manipulates Macbeth, convinces him to kill Duncan and while doing so causes his guilty conscious to be put into effect. She manipulates Macbeth each time she wants her way. THere is no apparent love in the relationship and it seems as if both Macbeth and Lady Macbeth are using each other as tools in their evil deeds as well as to keep up appearances to the public

Eventually Lady Macbeth persuades him to kill Duncan by questioning his manhood. She says she could have killed Duncan if he didn't look like his father as he lay in bed asleep. When Macbeth kills Duncan Lady Macbeth shows a face of celebratory where as Macbeth couldn't even say Amen! after he had killed Duncan.
