in this poem poet is asking to the rain whose art is it....

the rain reply strangely that it is the poem of the earth

everyone love me and enjoy with me

i make the whole word greenery and wash the droughts. tiny particles and dust layer of the globe...

it is ready to give back life to its own origin

and it make it pure and beautify it, and it also says that she is welcomed and unwelcomed daily with love returns........

The word "rainbow" in the poem refers to 'RACISM' ...as the poet says 'we're going to sing together brother WHERE THE RAINBOW ENDs..so it actually means that they're going to sing a song together when the racism ends !
