The dense part of the atom which can usually be 'called' its center is the nucleus - which has charged (electrical) protons and neutrons (electrically neutral) those are surrounds by look-like 'cloud' called electrons.
The center core of an atom is called the nucleus. It consists of the neutrons and protons.
