Confirmation is a sacrament in the Catholic Church where individuals are sealed with the Holy Spirit and strengthened in their faith. It is a way for individuals to deepen their relationship with God and become more involved in their faith community. Through Confirmation, individuals are called to live out their faith and grow in their spiritual journey.
Saints are important because they make excellent roll models for us to emulate. They are also great intercessors for us before God. Here on earth, few of us really know how to pray for special favors. Saints, on the other hand, are experts at prayer and can help us to receive those requests that we might have to God. They are great allies.
Reconciliation involves seeking forgiveness for past wrongdoings and restoring relationships with others. By owning up to our mistakes and showing remorse, we can experience God's grace and forgiveness, leading to a deeper connection with Him. This process of reconciliation can help us align our actions with God's teachings and foster a sense of peace and righteousness in our lives.
You can respect the precious Lord, Jesus Christ... We can't make any sacrifices, because everything we have belongs to God already. The good news is that he wants our love. If you love him, you will seek to grow closer in your relationship with him. As a result, he will guide you to do what he wants you to do. Don't worry about doing stuff. Just focus on knowing him, and the rest will follow.
God is infinite.

Oh honey, any faith will help you grow closer to God if that's your jam. Whether you're into Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, or even worshipping a potato, as long as it brings you peace and connection, go for it. Just do you, boo, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

==another answer: Fasting is a way to get closer to God, not to lose weight! So yes it is safe when you have God's help! If you are not depending on God then i suggest you not do it.
It makes us feel better... that is it. It does not help in any other way because there is no God and even if there was he does not answer any prayers.AnswerPrayer is simply communicating with God and being closer to his presence as a result. Prayer is not just simply asking for things. It involves acknowleging God as Lord, praise, confession, praying for others, praying for ourselves, asking for guidance, and simply 'being' in the presence of God. And, of course, listening for God speaking to us through his Holy Spirit. Therefore prayer helps us draw closer to God by 2-way communication, and, as a result of growing nearer to him, we grow spiritually ourselves.
God allows people to get hurt because he loves them. it sounds pretty wierd, but you can grow closer to God when you grow through hard times. remember that he is always with you, and will always love you, take care of you, provide for you, forgive you, etc.
He helped the priests, and non-believers to come closer to God.
