If referring to the Apostle John of the New Testament, he is commonly attributed with writing the Gospel of John, 3 letters of John (I John, II John, and III John) as well as the Book of Revelation.

It should be noted (as many believe) that the only 'author' of The Bible is God as is recorded in Exodus 34:27 to Moses and 2 Timothy 3:16 to the New Testament Church. Books attributed to 'writers' is simply them being inspired by God to record His message to all mankind.
