The first books of the Bible give us very detailed information about exactly how long each of the ancestral figures lived, from Joshua all the way back to Adam. After the Patriarchs, the great Hebrew leaders were Joseph, Levi, Moses and Joshua. On the biblical evidence, Joshua lived to 110 years old.
If we want to know whether they really lived to these great ages, we only need to look at the numerology behind their ages (or the ages of the other legendary biblical leaders) and find a fascination with elegant series and the number 17 in their lives:

∙ 10y agoOpinion: you need to consider that the bible is a collection of Hebrew mythology and no real evidence exists for a mass exodus of Jews through the desert. With this in mind the time it took is zero because it never happened.

According to Jewish tradition, the Plagues took place over the span of one year (Mishna, Eduyot ch.2). The actual leaving of Egypt took place in one day, since the Israelites had prepared beforehand.
