People who don't believe in any god or gods are called atheists (from the Latin for "no god")
People who do not believe in your God may be called:
I'd say someone who can't make up their mind!
__________
The question may need some revising. Say that a person doesn't know whether he is at home or not. This would indicate that there is something quite wrong. The person is not fully conscious, or perhaps he is bound and blindfolded. Say that a person doubts that humans are adding to the global warming phenomenon. This suggests that something can reasonably be argued in at least two ways, and the person is weighing the evidence.
There are people who doubt the existence of a deity; in fact some very strongly doubt. They conclude that there is no evidence, or too little evidence in favor of belief. Or alternatively, some may believe that because of the nature of things it is impossible to know whether or not there is a deity. These are reasonable positions, and you would call a person holding such positions an agnostic.
agnostic.

As the word Agnostic means "A person who claims that they cannot have true knowledge about the existence of God but does not deny that God might exist". Then I do not believe that Agnostic is the right answer. They are keeping an open mind about the existence of there being or not being a God. I believe the answer to the question should be that you cannot believe and not believe at the same time. Either you do or you do not. Luke had the answer when he said " No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (Man). There are no fence sitters in heaven, neither can there be on earth.
Agnostic. That term is used to describe someone who is unsure or believes that the existence of God is unknown or unknowable.
That would be a Agnostic they believe that there might be something out there but are not sure what it is
The person who does not believe in the existence of God is called an "atheist," which is derived from the Greek, meaning "godless."
He or she is an Agnostic.
That basically describes an agnostic.
If they don't believe in God then they are called "atheist." But you can't call someone that, unless they call themselves that. People just have different religions, so if they don't believe in the bible, they might have something else they believe in.
A person who believes in a higher power but does not adhere to a specific religion may be called a spiritual person, a deist, or someone who is spiritual but not religious. These individuals may believe in a higher power or universal force without following the doctrines of organized religion.
Monotheistic, or a monotheist.
When someone poses as someone else we call that impersonation. It can also be called identity theft.
Someone who practices Shinto is called a Shintoist or a Shinto adherent.
Although there is no technical term for this, people call them as non- believers of love.
Someone who says there a Christian but dosent act like it. Doesnt read Bible or go to Church Doesnt believe God Refuses God ETC.

If someone (even a 15 year old) decides not to believe that there is not a God, then that is their choice - why the need to call them anything - live and let live.
