The fact that The Bible is a letter from God and beneficial for teaching and setting matters straight according to 2 Timothy 3: 16,17 in the New Testament, I will walk you through a few scriptures, in order to share the accurate answer.

According to Genesis 2: 18, 21,22 God created the first woman to become his helper. Their role was to be fruitful and to fill the earth with the humankind, and live a healthy life forever, according to their Creator's purpose and standards.

Genesie chapter 3 is mankind's history, which shows how things went from bad to worse, which explains why our planet is in such a mess today.

Revelation 12: 9 in the last Book of the Bible, indentifies the evil in these words. " The original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth.

That being said, we are not left without help. We can choose which influence we would like to follow, because according to 1 John 5: 20 the Son of God has come, and he has given us insight ( mental perception, intellectual capacity) so that we may gain the knowledge of the one who is true. And we are in union with the one who is true, by means of his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and life everlasting.

So we can see that God's purpose has not changed, His goal is our taking in knowledge that leads to everlasting life. Read 1 Timothy 2: 4,5 in the New Testament.

The Book of Psalm 37: 9 and 29 shows that only the righteous ones will be allowed to live on earth.

The first book of the Bible called Genesis explains how paradise on earth was lost, and the last Book of the Bible called Revelation, shows us how paradise on earth will be regained.

First of all it depends on what type of answer are you looking for

A. Pure Science B. Religious, Because Both go in their own ways since Science says that earth is born form particle dust, Whereas in Religion says that God created Adam and Eve. So it depends on which and what person you ask.

B/ God created the universe and every known and unknown creature on earth and place Adam and Eve in Paradise. Satan lured Eve to taste the forbidden fruit of knowledge. Eve lured Adam and both lost their innocence and were expelled from the Paradise. After that humans suffer until the end of time when the Messiah/ Jesus Christ will come for the second time to fight the evil. In the final stage of the day of the judgment everybody will be judged according to his deeds and some will join the Paradise and some will be expelled in the eternal fire. This is the Bible which is valued by the three western civilization religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam. C/ There are all the eastern religions describing in a similar way of life creation and development that leads to the salvation of each individual spirit where love and light is abundant. and Science says that our solar system was born from a big bang theory ( In which earlier scientists which now the new scientists are proving that even that is wrong) soif that is really true, what is the real answer to it ? Well the answer to this would be if you can answer to this following question you can answer your question yourself which is first ? -> The Tree or The Seed ? or The Egg or the bird ? since there is no real answer to these type of questions since no one was there or no evidance is there to prove it...
