There are many foods the Mexicans eat in the season of Christmas such as tamales. Mexicans also eat Rosca de Reyes.
Well I'm from the North, "Machacado con Huevo" (shredded dry beef that is scrambled with eggs) with tortillas is quite common, quesadillas too. The southerns probably eat different stuff, we eat more meat, they eat more vegetables. Normally, we eat just about anything, cookies, cereal, fruit, a glass of milk, toast, traditional dishes are a little complicated so you can't cook them that often. Lunch is the most important meal for us mexicans, so we eat light foods for breakfast.
You can, although I should mention that guacamole is usually not served hot.
Mexicans eat beans and rice and burritos and tacos!
