Try this number, sometimes you will be told to use email and it hangs up on you and sometimes you can press 4 for other concerns... They are difficult to get a hold of and they have not answered any of the emails I have sent through their site. Their site says shipped and Fed ex says notified for pickup - for two weeks now! Buyer beware!

I was offered a promotion by Hollister last November; if I purchased $150 worth of merchandise I would receive a FREE $50 gift card. I made the purchase and waited for the gift card (that was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks) which never arrived. I have contacted Hollister more than twenty times concerning this. If my e-mails are responded to at all, I am told "thank you for your patience, our gift card department is looking into this" and I never hear another thing. I am often completely ignored or sent the standard auto-responder and nothing else. I have spent months trying to resolve this, to find the corporate phone number or get someone to contact me and I refuse to give up. This is considered false advertising and they need to be held accountable. I cannot be the only one whom they've done this to. I guess I will have to write a letter and send it through the mail since that seems to be the only way to contact them. I'll send it certified mail too. It's hard to believe that a company like Hollister would treat their customers this way. I agree that they go out of their way to keep you from contacting them in a way that you will get satisfaction; they do not want to talk to their customers. If you are trying to contact them........good luck!
