Can you take naproxen and darvon?
Yes you can take these two together. Darvocet is a mild opiate and Naproxen is an anti-inflammitory. These will actually work well if taken together. Stay away from Tylenol (Acetametaphin) when taking Darvocet since Darvocet already contains Acetmetaphin.
What is the typical dose of naproxen sodium?
The non-prescription dosage is two 275 mg tablets, twice a day, for a total daily intake of 1100 mg.
The maximum recommended dosage is two separate doses of 2 or 3 tablets, for a total intake of 1375 to 1600 mg per day.
