Both the .22 Extra Long and .22 Ultra Long are black powder rounds.
When smokeless powder came along it became possible to produce a more powerful round with less powder.
The .22 magnum has a bit larger case to prevent it from being chambered in a regular .22 firearm.
But with that said, you can take the shell intended for rat shot and trim it a fraction and load it with the correct charge and bullet and you will have a .22 Extra Long.
Both the Extra Long and Ultra Long are available South of the border as new manufacture but getting it into the USA would be a problem for most people.
It would be easier to produce your own .22 Extra Long.

Depends on the revolver. Just flipped through one of my references, and it lists 13 different .32 revolver cartridges- not counting the obsolete .32 rimfires. While the most common is probably the .32 S&W, you are not holding your revolver close enough to the computer for me to identify the caliber. Have a gunsmith take a look at it- most of those 13 I mentioned do NOT interchange.

Shoud you use modifine choke for single shot shell?
Depends on what you are shooting. A Modified Choke gives a medium "squeeze" to the pellets passing thru the end of a shotgun barrel, thus producing a denser pattern of shot. A full choke squeezes more, and a cylinder choke, not at all. A denser pattern may mean slightly greater range with birdshot- but it will also mean the shot pattern is smaller, reducing the chance of hitting a bird in flight. In general, modified is a "middle of the road" choke, and fairly useful in hunting- but not in skeet, trap, or sporting clays.
Maybe because there is a two front war that is being fought requiring large amounts of ammunition to be used by soldiers who actually need it more than the ordinary citizen.

No.
.357 Magnum uses more powerful loads and produces much higher pressure than the .38 special. Shooting a round with .357 pressures in a .38 gun is very likely to blow it up.
.357 Magnum has a longer case than the .38 Special. This was done specifically to prevent .357 ammunition from being chambered in .38 revolvers.
If you can chamber a .357 in a .38 special revolver, have it checked by a competent gunsmith before shooting it.

Yes. The bullet is only the projectile. A bullet with case, powder, and primer is a cartridge. A cartridge without powder or primer is called a dummy cartridge because it will fit into a firearm but will not fire. Dummies are used for non firing training with weapons, and for display purposes.
I'm assuming you're asking if a .380 round can be fired in a 9mm handgun. The answer is, yes, it may be possible, but it is not a good idea to fire any cartridge in a gun other than the correct caliber for that specific gun.
