Canada Day

On July 1, 1867, British North American colonies of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and the Province of Canada joined into a federation, with the Province of Canada being divided into Ontario and Quebec. Thus, on that day, Canada became a kingdom in its own right. Canada Day is a day of celebration of Canada's birth that is observed each year.
