A little late for that. It's overdeveloped as it is. Perhaps they should stop giving more permits. Planting more trees, more waste cans in the populated areas, and efficient garbage collection system should help.

Storming involves conflict and disagreements as roles and responsibilities are clarified. Norming is when the team establishes group cohesion and begins working together effectively. Performing is when the team reaches its peak productivity, and adjourning refers to the eventual disbanding of the team.

Acer is a well-established company and would typically be classified as being in the maturity stage of development. This means that they have a stable market position, a solid customer base, and are focused on maintaining their current level of success rather than aggressively expanding or innovating.
