Sick pay after 6 months. Vacation pay, after 6 months. Jury duty pay. Bereavance pay. Baby delivery pay. Child care benefit. Term life insurance after 6 months (paycheck deduction). Short-term disability insurance after 6 months (paycheck deduction). Limited health care plans (after 3 months). For full-time employees: Full health insurance after 6 months, Dillards pays around $1.50 per hour worked towards this insurance (extra pay!), and you pay the rest with auto-deduction.

UPDATE- Dillards HAD an outlet store in the Metro North Mall. It was moved to the Ward Parkway shopping center in the southern part of Kansas City. As of December 2009, that outlet store has also closed. If anyone knows of a new location for the Dillards Outlet, I would love to know about it!

You can find really, really great deals. $80 shirts for $10. Just have time to spend because there is alot of merchandise to go through. Lots of mens clothes, less womens and lacking in the children's dept (at least since the last time I went ~ 6mths ago.) But good quality stuff, probably all last years+ clothing, but classic stuff so hard to go wrong.

They sent you to Doctors that they get paid for false report that you can get no settlement event proper Medical attention, they lie, Dillard's do not report on time the injury you can be months before you get some treatments.
