I don't think they were asking if it would help them get clean. They were asking if using water and yellow food coloring would work as an alternative to real urine - which in the case of a home test it WILL work.

There are legitimate detox products for the THC cleansers. However, they cost a good $50-60 and only keep you urine clean for a few hours time.

ANSWER: As a person that takes urinalysis on about 30-50 person every month the problem with those cleanser is they end up showing your urinalysis as diluted and that can be just as bad as a dirty UA depending on who is taking it. Try to drink some other things that encourage your body to urinate such as cranberry juice and coffee. Some studies have shown zinc sulfate to improve your rate of gettin clean. The zinc attaches to the THC metaboolites and redirects it from the urine to feces. This can be especially useful if you are attempting to get clean in order pass a urine test.

If you only took .05mg and no more than I can say with 100% that it will be out of your system in 9 days , that is if it is a urine test that you are going to take. It should have even been enough to fail a urine test the next day really. I have taken 2mg bar before(out of the blue, was not taking them at all and then took just one) and tested clean the very next day. I don't recommend trying this though. Benzos are very tricky to predict when it comes to urine test. The more consecutively they are taken the longer they will stay in your system. When I used to take xanax everyday, when I finally quit for good they remained in my system for almost a month due to the build up in my system.
