These other drugs and chemicals are added to MDMA (The key ingredient in ecstasy) for a few reasons. The producer doesnt have to use as much MDMA, so he/she can make more pills. The long term effects of ecstasy are a many, i am currently suffering from them now.

There is everything from, the slow loss of feeling and movement in the muscles in the legs, cramps that never go away, shotty vision, weak throat lining.

And I'll be honest, the worst long term effect of ecstasy is the addiction it self.

I am laying here in bed after 4days of not leaving the room.

I went on a one night out, lots of alcohol and only 1 X pill.

I will probably be here for another two days, hopefully right for this weekend when i do it again.

Basically, if you wanna take a pills, keep your water up, not too much that you drown yourself, but enough to be healthy, when you feel your stomach hurting because you been dancing and moving to much and the X has eaten all the goodness out, go get a pizza or something to replenish what has been lost. Wash it down with some water and keep going.

Buy a pack of gum, you will grind your teeth and you will feel your jaw hurting for a long time. (don't dance with the gum in, very dangerous).

Don't smoke too much, you will smoke more because the nicotine won't work properly so you will be craving all night, you get up in the morning and your throat will be red raw.

One more thing, think ahead, buy yourself a testing kit and make sure what you are buying is MDMA and not Smack, Turp, ketamine.

Also remember this, it may take over an hour for the pill to work, give it time, don't just take another one because you think it is not working. If this is not something you do often the one should be enough for the first 4-8hrs.
