Flat Feet

A flat foot is normal in infants and toddlers, because the foot's arch hasn't yet developed. But some people never develop arches. Arches can also fall over time because the tendon that runs along the inside of your ankle and helps support your arch weakens.

I'm quite flat footed and I keep getting a pain which is so severe it makes it difficult to put weight on my feet. What is this severe pain in the arches of my feet?

it could possibly be the cause of your acelise tendon. make sure you do calf stretches often. at sports authority you can stand on this scale thing and it says if your flatfooted or what not and recomends a shoe sole that is very cheap. im 13 and this is all i can say sorry.

What would cause a thumping noise like a flat tire when turing to right and when you go at a slow rate of speed with you feet not on the pedal or brake?

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram that had a similar noise. It only did it at low speed and usually when making a right turn such as turning into a parking space. I checked the entire front end and found no problems. I finally decided to check the rear end fluid since sometimes noise can be be misleading as to the source. I had about 40000 miles on the truck and the fluid level was good. I decided to change to rear axle fluid anyway. After a complete fluid change , the noise went away and no more problem. One thing I did do when I changed the fluid was use Mobil 1 synthetic and also some Lucas Oil Stabilizer. I am a big fan of all the Lucas products after seeing a demo at the local auto parts store. If you are interested in these products here is the website with some information: http://www.lucasoil.com/products/index.sd . Whatever you use just make it sure it is the correct lube. I hope this helps you out with your problem. I'm at 54000 miles now and still haven't heard any noise. Best of Luck to you.
