Yes it is illegal to enter a cemetery at night because it is trasspassing and they are afraid that you might steal a grave and that you should only be there in the visiting hours that the cemetery has set. Police officers can arrest you for going to a cemetery after that cerfew and you can be put in prison, with charges it is not a great idea if you are planning on doing this. Most Cemetarys have police come out around Halloween the most

What subway station to saint Raymond cementery

How about a lucid answer....For one, because the pay is GREAT! You are in a recession proof industry and the commission and bonuses are outstanding! You actually HELP families, and in the 2 years I've been working for a cemetery, I've only actually seen ONE dead body and that was because the family had an open casket graveside service. Working at a cemetery is just like any other office job. You have your good days like when someone is researching their family tree and you help them find their great-great-great grandmother & then you have your bad days like when you have to work with a family who just lost their teenage daughter because of a drunk driver. You are there for your families, these are everyday people. The worst thing about this business is standing services in the extreme elements, ie AUGUST heat, Freezing Januaries, and monsoon like rain. I have never worked with a emo/goth or psycho. The customers on the other hand......maybe.

No, not in reallife. Graveyards are real but they're not haunted and they're not even that scary. Just calm down and don't be afraid. You'll be fine, even if graveyards are real. There are no such things as ghosts, vampires, werewolves and zombies in reallife cemeteries. Reallife graveyards have people that are protecting cemeteries and keeping nice and clean and make sure that graveyards are safe to enter. You'll be okay even you have to enter the graveyard because there are people protecting and making sure that things are safe.
The cemetery depicted at the end (as well as the beginning) of the movie, is The Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial in France.

They were afraid that if they told, Injun Joe would kill them.
This depends upon the rules set in place by the owners/caretakers of the graveyard itself...If you do not have their permission to spend the night then you could be arrested for trespassing..

Cemeteries are not just a place to collect the dead, but as a dedicated and sacred place for the living.
Cemeteries give family and friends a site to go to, to remember, to memorialize, and to honor their loved ones.
The Grove Street Cemetery, the first chartered burial ground in the United States, succeeded the previous common burial site, the New Haven Green. After severe yellow fever epidemics in 1794 and 1795 the Green, which held perhaps as many as 5,000 burials, was simply too crowded to continue as the chief burial ground. ln 1796 a group of New Haven citizens led by U.S, Senator James Hillhouse planned a new cemetery on a location at the edge of town.
