Denno hearing is a term used by lawyers to define a hearing to determine if a confession or statements made by a defendant were given involuntarily and so should be suppressed as evidence.
It was named after the Jackson v. Denno case decided on June 22 , 1964.

Are hearing aids covered under the oxford freedom plan?
In plan providers: first meet your deductible for the year (mine is $500), then you pay a copay of 20% until Oxford's max payout is $1500. You pay the rest.
Out of plan providers: first meet your deductible for the year (mine is $1000), then you pay a copay of 40% until Oxford's max payout is $1500. You pay the rest.
You can get a list of their in plan hearing aid centers. All I found had terrible reviews. Or you can go through your audie, and it will cost more.
In effect, their plan is, in my opinion, close to useless. All freedom insured hearing aid wearers I know who were concerned about cost purchased from online discounters. Try to get your audie to write a precert and order from the discounter for you, so you get some money back.
