It is faster to walk in sandals. If you walk fast in high heels, it is more likely that you will fall flat on your face and maybe even twist your ankle. Sandals are a more sensible footwear. Sandals have a flat surface so they keeps you steady on the ground.

you can, but it would be an absolutely horrible idea. they could get stuck in the sides and break your ankle, treadmills themselves take concentration to work with, and high heal arent too stable. Also, if you fall because of your high heals, you could be slammed back by the tradmill. DONT DO IT! Also, dont excercise in high heals. AT LEAST use som normal shoes.
