Lavender is a wonderful way to relax. I suffer from Panic Disorder and to keep my anxiety in check, every evening I put on some very relaxing music, a nice cup of tea and use Lavender oil in a small essential oil warmer for about 1/2 hour before retiring., It works wonderfully and I sleep like a baby!
