Well , It adds volume and color to your eyelashes. If you want a more natural look I would recommend brown mascara because some people think black is too dramatic . ( I prefer brown ) There is also some mascaras that are supposed to help your eyelashes grow , I've never personally used them before but some people I know said they work. And mascara is sometimes just used to darken around your eyes, like with dark colored eye shadows .

i have asked a few of my friends the same thing but they didnt know either so i went and bought it for my self....the color is true but when you put it in your hair it does not show true to color and easily comes off in the shower the very same day

I am not sure but i have heard of putting it on your eyelids before bed and it is supposed to make them grow i have not yet tried it my self tho.
