Is it okay to take melatonin and antihistamines?

Well all I can say is that I often take Equate brand Chlortabs from Walmart that have the active ingredient chlorpheniramine maleate and it works great and it doesn't seem to hurt me. I can't tell you if other antihistamines are ok though.
