It depends if you have your phone on easy or advanced mode. Mine is on advanced.

Advanced mode:

1. Go to the Menu

2. Go to the last page (use your finger to direct the pages)

3. Go to Tools

4. Scroll down (again with your finger)

5. You should see an option that says Voice Memo

6. Click it. It should bring you to another page. If you want to record, press 'New Record'.

As far as I know, you cannot record on Easy mode. If you would like to switch to Advanced when you're on Easy, follow these steps:

1. Go to your homepage (if you're not already on it)

2. Go to the Menu

3. Click on Settings

4. At the bottom, press Phone Mode

5. Chose advanced (don't forget to save!)

yes you can use a song on the pantech impact, go to the song that you would like to use and then go to options and click set as ringtone.

It is not a touch screen because you use a analog stick to control it

Press the dedicated camera button or go to menu -> camera. There's a little star under the zoom and exposure button. Press the star. Click panorama. This part I'm not sure what to do but you can experiment. Also, you can google "pantech ease user guide" and search the pdf for panorama. They tell you how to do it but it's quick and not a good explanation.

Yes, You can only assign personal ringtones to the contact in your phones memory. So, you have to first download that person(s) into your phone. Next you go into your contacts and select the person you want to assign the ringtone to. A menu will pop up once you highlighted their name and you will want to select the 4th icon with the person on it. Next you will want to select the icon with the star and note pad. If you scroll down you will see on the list "Ringtone" select edit on the screen and from there you can assign a personal ringtone. You can also put in their birthday, speed dial number (if you want) . Don't forget to save the changes made or you will have to do it all over again. Hope you this helps :)

i hav the pantech impact 2.....there is no place to acuttly hav a sig, but wat u could do is save a template and do to insert and go to temlpates and it wil be there...... but insted of txtin in the small box thingy....u hav to rite click and hit reply and it wil pop up a big screen.....dats were u can insert the template......u can also do it wen u create a meesage....finally the place were u make a tamplate is wen u go to messiging,,,,it will be like da last one..u have to rite click and hit add new......hope i helped u:)

Yes, you can save audio messages. Once the message has finished playing, there should be a red box around the name of the audio. Sometimes it will maybe be around the text; simply click down until you get to the audio. Once you're on the audio all you have to do is click options, scroll down to use, then click save to internal or external memory (whichever you choose).

You can save your messages to the SIM card but once you click delete all messages they will go away...I'm pretty sure. I have not yet found a way to completely lock a message so that when you delete your messages, it will stay. If you're talking about saving something like a picture message, this is somewhat possible. When you've selected the picture, click options then use then save to internal or external memory(whichever you choose). Otherwise, I don't think you can completely lock a regular text message from deleting.
