Go to the bus stop and board the bus to Midland Road, Go to the clock shop and speak to Cogg, then travel to the future. Leave the clock shop and speak to inspector Chelmey, Talk to Stachenscarfen (aka Stachen) You will receive the parrot mini game which will be added to your trunk. You will need to first open Stachen's Toadstool Delivery Errand, enter the door on your left and speak to Anita.
