I have both and I think that overall, Secret Agent Clank is better. The final boss in Daxter is extremely easy compared to Secret Agent Clank. I beat Daxter in 2 days and I am still not done with Secret Agent Clank. They are both fun.

I'm assuming you mean Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando. If your reffering to the mothership located on Planet Damosel's moon (the planet attacked by the protopets) you get the Mapper (an item which reveals all hidden areas on the map, and shows the unexplored hidden areas in green on the map.

you can get infinite ammo, there is a cheat you can unlock that you can turn on or off when either playing offline or creating a game in online mode, this cheat make ALL of you weapons have infinite ammo including the ryno protosuit.

P.S. the other cheats are Greif mode, big/small weapons, big/small heads, colour affects e.g. black and white and unlimited sprint.

It hard to say. In Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando, he loved Angela, but in Up Your Arsenal, he loves Sasha and no one even knows what happened to Angela. She wasn't even mentioned in Up Your Arsenal. So, I think Sasha is his sweetie.

It never will be, unfortunately it is a game only available for download on the playstation store, it is, however, a rather short game and doesn't answer that much about the series, still a good game though.
