Anyway i do know where to get it.
You need the O2 Mask: first, get to the place where you had to run as fast as you could to get the most oxygen where everything flooded up. When you get there, it will be still flooded. Follow the path and when you get to the place where you can go higher on a platform on the left, go the other way (right, and down). Follow the path in a tunnel and when you get out of the water, the Gold Bolt is there. You need the Helipack: go to where there are all of the force field, where you can see the Gold Bolt behind one of them. Go farther where there is the round platform that the steam pushes in the air. Jump on it and once the platform goes up, jump on the closest pillar where the force fields are attached. Make your way to the pillar next to the Gold Bolt and jump off to get it.

Finish the game go into challenge mode where you get up 20x normal bolts and it shouldn't take much longer than a hour. If you don't want to go into challenge mode just redo levels over and over again until desired result.

Well I have Ratchet 1,2,3 ( bought separately for PS2) and Ratchet and Clank a Crack in Time. The trilogy is very fun to play, but crack in time's graphics and gameplay are awesome. Either way check YouTube for gameplay.

Yes, in fact i played ratchet and clank a crack in time and flew to the radio station and it showed Darla Gratch on a cut-scene and she said "Rogue Lombax Angela Cross has gone missing" with a "have you seen me?" thing in the background then Ratchet totally freaked out! And I did research and found out they will make one final game ending the series' adventurous saga, which will probably be released between either 2010 to 2011 or 2011 to 2012. If you don't already have the RYNO, then the three main weapons I used were Suck Cannon, Blaster and Devastator.
At first, use up your Devastator ammo and find any ammo crates you can and make use of them.
When he shoots out the Mines and the modified Gadgebots, suck those in and fire them back at him. Blaster will whittle his life away quite quickly, too. If you have the PDA then you can buy more Devastator ammo to take out the last of his health.

Unfortunately, I could not find ratings for Ratchet and Clank 1, 2, or 3. But, Tools of Destruction, might I add, got a 5 on everything, graphics, control, music/sound fx/voice acting, and play value. Therefore, it is the best ratchet and clank game with a rating. I will give personal opinion ratings.
