Rolls-Royce Motors

"Rolls-Royce Limited was formed on March 15, 1906 by Charles Stewart Rolls and Sir Frederick Henry Royce. In 1973, the car division of Rolls-Royce was separated from the parent company and called Rolls-Royce Motors. The company was acquired by Vickers in 1980 and then sold to Volkswagen in 1998. In 2002, Volkswagen sold it to BMW, who currently owns it.
