Sulfuryl flouride has negligible effect on the ozone layer (in
current concentrations), however...
CFCs are heavier than air and so is sulfuryl flouride. We see
these gases at the elevation of the ozone layer. We've measured
their concentration there. Diffusion does not care how heavy a
molecule is. The molecular weight only controls how long it takes
to get to an elevation, not whether or not it can get there.
